The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Journey, CRM Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Marketing Automation.
• Hands-on experience building and optimizing customer journey campaigns across Email, SMS, and Push Notifications.
• Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot, or similar).
• Proven experience managing CRM campaigns, audience segmentation, personalization, automated workflows, and customer lifecycle programs.
• Strong understanding of customer retention, engagement, conversion, and reactivation strategies.
• Experience analyzing campaign performance using Tableau, Looker, spreadsheets, or marketing dashboards.
• Experience supporting subscription-based or membership businesses is an advantage.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Product, Data, and Creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Build, QA, schedule, and deploy CRM customer journey campaigns across Email, SMS, in-app, and other customer channels.
• Manage audience segmentation, campaign workflows, calendars, and execution documentation.
• Support onboarding, loyalty, retention, and win-back customer journey initiatives.
• Configure and quality-check campaign assets, links, tracking, and personalized messaging.
• Coordinate campaign reviews and approvals with Marketing, Brand, and Legal teams.
• Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, and reporting dashboards to identify optimization opportunities.
• Maintain accurate campaign records, reporting trackers, and CRM documentation.
• Troubleshoot and escalate campaign tracking, data, and reporting issues.
• Prepare campaign updates, reports, and insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance CRM campaign execution, efficiency, and customer engagement.

• Timely completion of campaign tasks and deliverables
• Efficient campaign execution with minimal errors, delays, or rework
• Strong collaboration with Engagement, Retention, Growth, Marketing Operations, and Customer Support teams
